Wiley R. Wright, IV was born and raised in Virginia, he received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech. He worked for a large national consulting firm that provided economic damage analysis and expert witness services in federal construction litigation. After four years of working behind the scenes, Wiley went to Widener School of Law to earn his law degree.
Attorney Wright became a member of the Virginia State Bar in 2009 and began his practice focusing on custody, visitation and divorce. Over the past decade, Wiley has honed his skills as a courtroom litigator and has built a reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients.
In 2019, Wiley joined Jessica and Katie to form Foster McCollam Wright PLLC, a small but mighty family law and criminal defense firm in Manassas.
Wiley is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, the Prince William County Bar Association and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is certified to accept appointments as a Guardian ad Litemfor minor children and maintains those credentials by completing regular continuing legal education seminars. Attorney Wright also accepts appointments from the courts as special commissioner to oversee the sale of real estate in certain cases.

- Family law, including custody, visitation, petitions for paternity, child support (including DCSE cases), premarital agreements, and separation agreements
- Divorces, including contested and uncontested divorces for both opposite and same-sex marriages, and complex, high-asset divorces
- Civil litigation, including landlord / tenant matters and contract disputes.
Wiley is currently accepting cases in Prince William County/Manassas, Fauquier County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, … and other jurisdictions on a case-by-case basis.
